***As the Ilikai complex continues to attract the very best in retailers and food/beverage operators on the island, we can anticipate sporadic noise brought about by the moving-in of these entities. Noise-producing work generated on the premises is limited to the daylight hours, from 9:00am.
Please also be aware of night road work on Ala Moana Blvd. fronting the Ilikai complex. The city is preparing to install electrical cables underground. The work occurs Sunday thru Friday nights (subject to change without notice), from approximately 6pm – 6am. With a few unexpected exceptions, noise levels have been relatively minimal but consistent within an urban environment.
Pardon our dust as we make improvements at the Waikiki Marina Resort at the Ilikai! A repainting of the exterior of our building will begin Sept. 27, 2011. Balcony/Lanai deck waterproofing and spalling work will also be done, resulting in noise and dust during daylight hours. Access to guestroom /balconies/lanais may also be limited during certain periods. This project is expected to last 6-8 months. We apologize for any inconvenience you experience during your stay.
