*All Hawaii residents are required to pay a Transient Occupancy Tax. This ranges from US$25-US$35 per week and varies based on unit size.
**In order to check-in to a Shell Vacations Club Resort, at least one guest must meet the minimum age requirement which varies from resort to resort. One guest meeting the minimum age is required per unit.
*Select villas at Kona Coast Resort are scheduled for roof replacement beginning in early May and continuing intermittently during slower periods of the year, guests will not be placed in buildings during this time.
Attention: The Kona Coast Resort is undergoing a roofing project improvement which will be ongoing until further notice. While the roofing project is taking place, a few units will be placed out of service while the roof is getting repaired on that particular building. Dry rot repairs, waterproofing and painting will also be worked around the property. We apologize for any inconvenience.
From May 1st thru May 15th the "makai" pool and kiddie pool will be closed for repair. There is another pool on the property as well as two additional Hot Tub spas.
