Who is Shell Vacations Hospitality?
Shell Vacations Hospitality (SVH) is the management arm of Shell Vacations. With the support of over 1,100 hospitality professionals, SVH provides administration, supervision, training, financial and operational assistance to twenty Shell Vacations resorts (2,700+ keys) and wholly owned condominiums throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Sound fiscal management practices start with effective budgeting. SVH has developed standardized budget templates (hotels, resorts, association operations). To support the budgeting process, we've also established a Glossary of Terms defining each line item necessary for a comprehensive budget. A How To Manual is utilized to walk even the budget novice through the process of effective financial forecasting.
Protecting the Company's assets is another primary goal of SVH. Sound Risk Management practices are essential in our consumer driven industry. We can assist your organization with:
